Nope. I own all your picks. Even with the down market today my portfolio is up 91 percent in just the last 60 days. It would have been 100 percent otherwise.
PUDA, LPIH, MYST, CNO, CMTP, CHFI,CKGT, CCGY, CGDI, CHGY, CNOA, CYXN, OPAI all doing well. Actually doing extremely well. Thanks!
Simply brilliant.

What is going on with CDBTE the past two days? Why the large drop-off in price?

I honestly don’t know on this one. I’ve tried to follow up with the company. There’s going to be rumors circulating wildly until either of the two outcomes:
1. Company reports numbers and says “things are ok”
2. You never hear from them again.I’m biased to the first outcome. But, if they were in deep trouble like the rumors suggest; why would they have even bothered filing the 8-K? I specialize in making uncertainty work for me, but even I am uneasy on this one. I think there may be some more panic selling, but it appears that the panic selling is on our side of the fence by those who do not know. What you have to be wary of is selling from those that know. If the selling volume picks up, that would be a bad indicator.
But, if it’s just the weak-handed penny traders trying to put together a conspiracy… I won’t stress about it.
I’ve been advised that NorthernLightSky knows what he’s talking about. He supposidly called up the people that put out the bad chinese p/r and confirmed they shut down in may. but… that doesn’t make sense to me either.
I know that I don’t know, and you can put a price tag on uncertainty. I am going to do my best not to lose money and I just don’t know what to do with this one from here.

The website says there are no email

Well, I am pretty new to all of this. Found you through Seekingalpha and the Street.com. I actually had just recently purchased the stock so am hopeful that you are right that it is just rumor. However, the volume did really go up it would appear the past couple days. Let us know if you hear anything. Thanks.

I am all Bradford and was up 400%+ at the beginning of the week. I have lost track of my cash withdrawals since March 9th…laughter…sure feels good.
All house money and the gambles keep paying off.

Well, again being new to this I have no idea if this has been a problem for awhile or is a new problem, but…if you try to go to China Dasheng’s website, it will not come up. Anyone have any news on this one. The price continues to drop today (I think it’s down around 0.23 now).

Hi all,
I saw people discussing CDBTE here and can’t help saying a couple of words. In China, when the president of a so called “successful” company suddenly “left”, it does usually mean something. He (Mr. Qi, the biggest share holder), could have been arrested or sth because of this or that problem. I’ve read some local news in Chinese on this company – local share holders complain that the government shut off partial of CDBT facilities. CDBT is located at a very remote province in China – where anything can happen.
I do not hold CDBT, but I truly suggest you keep away from it – Glen has recommended two dozen of good stocks, why u have to stick with this one?

I actually purchased it recently. I don’t necessarily need to stick with it, but when ranked with other picks, it was up at the top of Glen’s rankings. I own shares of a number of companies that Glen has picked as well as some that he hasn’t and, in general have been very pleased with the picks Glen has made (which is why I am here). I am certainly not going to invest any more money in this stock at this time until some clarity emerges in the situation. I think the question is: Get out now or hold until it becomes more clear? That was the purpose of my question anyway – whether Glen or anyone else has insight into what is happening with the company. With these types of companies, as Glen points out, there is inherent uncertainty. Glen has been able to translate that into a lot of successful picks. Whether this is just a hiccup for CDBT or whether this is the company packing up and never being heard from again is the key question.

Barsell has been making some excellent points over on the investorshub board for CDBT(e). I’m not really comfortable adding to my position in CDBT right now as I focus on not losing money, but I don’t mind keeping my finger on the pulse of the company and seeing if anything develops.
I was thinking about the potential of flying out to visit the company and see whether they are dead or alive. Just knowing the truth would be worth a lot, especially if it is alive (as I suspect they are). I think I may be able to find someone over there and get them to do a field trip. We’ll see. I need more visibility before calling this a buy or sell.
